Common questions

Are the prices and charts real?

No. CandleCanvas creates fictional, simulated market charts for visual projects. It does not provide live market data, connect to brokerages, execute trades or provide investment advice.

Why does Save to Photos ask for permission?

When you choose Save to Photos, iOS asks for add-only Photos permission so it can add the image you created. CandleCanvas does not read your photo library.

Where are my settings stored?

Chart settings and simulated market data are stored on your device. Deleting the app removes its local data.

Can I remove the CandleCanvas watermark?

The current version is a free edition and includes a simulated-data watermark in exported images.
